CHALLENGE
Enervent commissioned a product line brochure. The challenge: All products were highly similar. Customers did not understand product differences based on pure technical information. This made closing sales rather difficult.
SOLUTION
Our approach was based on a simple fact. Customers do not buy a device just for itself, but a solution to a specific need. So we translated the technical data into features, functional product benefits and product categories. This enabled the customers to perceive their real needs and select a device that has the required features.
